lived the problem before they solved it. Today we help thousands of clinicians and legal
professionals get their nights and weekends back.
The ScribeRunner Story
It began with a group of medical professionals looking to use our time more efficiently. Our lives, our spouses lives, the lives of people we worked with, they were overrun with hours of painfully exacting paperwork. Our nights and weekends were filled with work. We were getting burned out. There had to be a better way.
ScribeRunners’ founders had already been successfully engaging virtual talent in an effort to source resources for medical professionals. To make this process more efficient, we began integrating an AI structure within that human oversight model.
The model proved itself time and again in the medical field. ScribeRunner began to also support hospitals and larger care environments that found themselves plagued by administrative tasks and data workflow challenges.
As we grew, the company entered the legal space, launching a dedicated legal operations support model focused on medical record retrieval, summaries, and case preparation. Once again we found that pairing AI with trained specialists was a recipe for success.
Law firms started asking if we could do the same thing for medical-record retrieval and case chronologies. It turned out the legal world had the exact same problem, highly trained professionals drowning in paperwork. We launched our legal division in 2024 and it's now one of the fastest-growing parts of the business.
