Our core support hours are Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, with 24/7 coverage available for scribing and urgent workflows. Weekend coverage is available on request.

We operate a global team. All staff, regardless of location, are trained on HIPAA, work exclusively from secured, access-controlled environments, and are supervised by US-based clinical and legal leads.
